Sunsets & Gratitude

I had an absolutely incredible experience booking my recent trip to Mexico through Chanelle! From start to finish, she made the entire planning process completely seamless and stress-free. Every single detail—from the flights to the accommodations—was perfectly handled. Her recommendations were spot on, and her attention to detail ensured everything went smoothly. If you want a flawlessly executed, memorable vacation, I highly recommend booking with Chanelle. I will definitely be using her services for all my future trips!

I recently booked a Celebrity Cruise through Wright Getaway, and the experience was exceptional. The agent was remarkably patient, courteous, and attentive to all of my inquiries. My stay with Celebrity Cruises exceeded expectations, and I will undoubtedly be using Wright Getaway for future travel.

We were happy once more with our second booking with Wright Getaway. This was for an all inclusive stay in Ochio Rios in January, 2026. The agent helped with all steps of the booking; from the initial call to choose the right package, purchasing medical insurance, adding extra luggage, addressing various questions we had beforeduring the vacation and especially problem solving when our return flight was cancelled due to a snow storm in Toronto. She’s even still providing assistance (at May, 2026) with respect to our application for a refund from the airline in question.

Very pleased with the service provided by Wright Getaway. The resort (in Mexico) was chosen by the agent based on our requirements and it was ideal! We had a lovely time and will be back in the near future.
